Please arrive on time with completely clean lashes and no mascara or eye makeup. Avoid applying oil-based skincare or moisturisers near your eyes on the day of your booking. If you cannot attend your appointment, please make sure to message us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

What kind of lash map or style should I get?

During your consultation, we assess your eye shape, natural lash health, and personal preferences to determine the best lash map for you. Whether you want a natural doll-eye, wispy hybrid, or a dramatic cat-eye, we will design a custom set that flatters your features.

Can I get my lashes wet after my set is applied?

No, you must keep your lashes completely dry for the first 24 to 48 hours after application. Do not wash your lashes, enter saunas, or expose them to heavy steam during this initial window, as the adhesive needs adequate time to fully cure.

How often do I need to book lash infills?

To keep your lashes looking full and tidy, we recommend booking infills every 2 to 3 weeks. Natural lash shedding means gaps can form over time, and regular maintenance prevents unnecessary weight on your natural lashes.

What products should I avoid with lash extensions?

Always avoid oil-based face cleansers, moisturisers, and makeup products around the eyes, as oils break down the lash bond. You must also avoid wearing mascara on your extensions, as it clumps the lashes and causes premature fallout.

How do I brush and maintain my lashes daily?

Once the initial 24 to 48 hours have passed, gently brush your lashes daily using a clean spoolie wand to keep them separated and aligned. Always brush from the mid-shaft outwards and avoid pulling through the base of the extensions.

Can I pick or pull off outgrown lash extensions?

Never pick, pull, or attempt to remove lash extensions yourself at home, as this can severely damage your natural lashes. If you need your set removed or want a fresh start, please book a professional removal with us.

What is your appointment cancellation policy?
